Shipping + Returns+ Care
All items aside from diamond jewelry are shipped first class insured unless you request otherwise. Shipments are made once a week on Fridays.
Lost Packages - I am not responsible for lost packages. Buyer can open claim with USPS using your tracking number, and can contact me with usps service request #. Once USPS claims are dealt with the purchased items that are lost DURING TRANSIT will be refunded through USPS. Please allow time for the refund if I need to issue the refund due to me receiving the insured amount. If refund is issued through me it is refunded the same way that buyer paid.
STOLEN PACKAGE I am not responsible for stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
Made to Order items are shipped within a 2-4 week turnover time.
Ready to Ship items are shipped on the next shipping day.
Custom Jewelry and Diamonds are generally pieces custom made to your specifications. These pieces are ones I work closely with the customer with and give updates on the pieces throughout. All diamond jewelry is shipped with the max amount of insurance and require signatures. If they are lost in transit the cost will not be replaced by me.
Returns
Returns are available on case by case basis. I do hand make and describe each piece to the best of my ability, so there is always room for human error. I prefer to work with the buyer to understand why they are unhappy with the item and see if there is a solution.
No refunds will be made until the item is delivered back to the seller.
Broken items are to be sent back at buyers expense and will be fixed and returned at buyers expense. If the break is due to faulty components I can send out similar ear wire or clasps. Depending if the break is due to faulty soldering on my behalf I will pay for return shipping. If the break is caused due to bending or extreme force I will ask for funds for potential time spent fixing.
Resizing a piece you thought would fit but does not. I ask in this case that the buyer please purchase a ring sizer to make sure the size is accurate as possible. If the ring is custom I will ask that this happen at the beginning of the customs process.
